the beachfront location was truly spectacular, with amazing sunrises and the soothing sound of the ocean at night. the room was clean and comfortable, with nice upgrades like robes and fresh decor. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and spa. I particularly enjoyed the spa & wellness centre, which provided the best massage I've had in Bali.
